Refund policy
If you're unhappy with your purchase, we are more than happy to provide store credit as long as the following requirements are met.
NOTE: We only provide Store Credit
- The item(s) is unworn, brand new condition with it's original packaging and/or tags.
- The item(s) is an unworn, brand new condition with no marks or scratches.
- The item(s) was not purchased during a sale.
- The item(s) is returned back to us within 10 days of delivery date.
Earrings are not eligible for a return/ refund/ exchange/ buyers remorse (change of mind) due to hygiene reasons.
- A store credit will be emailed to you in a form of a gift card or code with no expiration date, which can be used on our website to repurchase another item.
PLEASE BE AWARE
- There may be delays during busy periods such as holidays. As soon as we receive your return we will contact you by email.
- All sales items are not eligible for returns.
- We will not offer exact exchanges unless the same item are in stock.
- All return shipping costs are to be taken care by the customer EXCEPT in cases where the item(s) is confirmed to be faulty by our team (details down below).
FAULTY ITEMS
We carefully pack your items, however in the rare case of an item(s) being delivered faulty, we re more than happy to provide a full refund provided the details down below.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with a description of the fault and pictures as proof by email to customersupport@jordynnrose.com.
- Your return claim has been reviewed and approved.
PLEASE BE AWARE
When your refund has been approved by our team, a notification will be sent to you within 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
AFTERPAY/ SHOP RETURNS
If you have purchased through Afterpay or Shop, the returns process is the same as standard returns. Please Note, your Afterpay/ Shop agreement will stand and any scheduled repayments will continue as normal.

WARRANTY
With the proper care and handling of your jewelry, it can help maintain its sparkle and shine for many years to come. Once you purchased a piece of our jewelry, its imperative to follow our jewelry care guidelines to ensure it lasts.
All Jordynn Rose pieces comes with a 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include any rust.
If your jewelry piece(s) is damaged due to. manufacturing fault, we will happily offer you an exchange or full refund, but all item(s)must be returned in original packaging and all tags must be attached.
Please read our Materials + Jewelry Care page on our website. Natural rust may occur over time also if you have not followed our Material + Jewelry Care. No refund will be issued in that circumstance. But if your jewelry is damaged, ex: problems with the clasps, chains, etc. we will do our best to repair the jewelry to be sent back to you.
All jewelry pieces returned within our warranty timeframe will be examined to determine the cause of the fault and it may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for a replacement to be shipped out.
ORDER CHANGES + CANCELLATIONS
If you are looking to change or cancel your order, please contact us at customersupport@jordynnrose.com as soon as possible. If the order is caught in time we can offer store credit. PLEASE BE AWARE: No refunds are offered with cancellations.
