Shipping policy
Processing time 1 to 2 business days, excluding holidays. Orders places on Fridays after 12pm Pacific Standard Time will be fulfilled on the following business day. We will provide a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped and is in route. This can take up to 24 hours to be updated.

PRE - ORDERS
All pre - orders are final and cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for a refund. Estimated shipping timeframe for pre - order pieces are detailed in the product description are to be used as a guide only. Some delays may occur during production or due to shipping and that is out of our control. If ordering pre - orders item(s) with other items. Your order will ship when your "pre - order"item arrives.
